We would like to acknowledge the outstanding accomplishments of our own Wesley Rogers.

Along with his exceptional co-counsel (Brian Brooke of Ambleside Law LLP), we are enthused to share that Wesley and Brian obtained one of the largest future care awards / total awards for a brain injury survivor in BC / Canada history.

They also obtained, we believe, the largest “in-trust” award in Canadian history.

The tragic and catastrophic circumstances of this pedestrian / motor vehicle accident necessitated a significant damages award, which Wesley and Brian were happy to obtain on behalf of their clients despite the complex issues and disconnected submissions of the other side.
